The other broker spent an hour telling me their thoughts and opinions, telling me how great their company, plans, and marketing were, and trying to sell me that they could get me the highest price. It was clear that Liz was much more customer-oriented and wanted to be there to support me through this transaction while still getting me the best price and this is what my decision was made. Liz was such an asset to me during this relocation, as I was still commuting out of state for work and had a dog that caused some challenges in showing the home/inspections. She worked hard to make this process easy for me and offered great support along the way. We had an accepted offer on the first day that proved to have some challenges and expired, and Liz worked quickly and diligently to get the next offer negotiated, accepted, and closed quickly.
